尤爸做麵食~烙餅


尤爸尤媽於7/18抵達溫哥華旅遊渡假, 所以最近的我較忙没能天天發文了!
尤爸善長烹飪, 哈~哈~因而我就不用動手囉! 只要當當二廚小助理, 洗洗菜, 刷刷碗盤即可! 於是我借花獻佛, 拍拍尤爸廚藝, 順便偷師做筆記與大家分享!
尤爸他們是北方人特別善長做麵食, 剛好我也粉愛吃麵食, 天天可以吃麵食類, 如手工水餃, 烙餅, 春卷, 韮菜盒子等等.. 真的覺得好幸福哦! ^_^

烙餅材料: 約 6 杯麵粉(用量米杯量的), 水約 3杯+1~3小匙(用量米杯量), 麵團的乾溼可自行調整
烙餅饀料: 依個人喜好而準備, 像是包春卷一樣的菜及方法, 此次我們用豆芽菜, 紅蘿蔔絲白菜粉絲, 黃瓜, 韮菜花蛋絲, 甜麵醬
做法: 1 .將麵粉+水拌勻後蓋鍋或包保鮮膜醒2~3小時.
          2. 烙餅饀料一一炒好備用.
          3. 醒好的麵團分成四塊, 將其擀平抺上少許油及塩, 卷起再擀平,
             熱鍋裡加少許油, 將擀平的麵餅放上煎至兩面金黃色即可.
